Welcome to Lotuslahari Farmhouse Resort & Convention. We are committed to offering a peaceful, enjoyable, and safe experience to all our guests. The following terms apply to all bookings and visits:

1. Booking Policy

• Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or phone.

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.

• The remaining balance must be cleared at check-in.

• Special packages may apply for group bookings or full-day events.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in and late check-out may be permitted based on availability and may incur extra charges.

3. Guest Conduct

• Maintain cleanliness and behave respectfully toward property and staff.

• No loud music after 10:00 PM in compliance with local sound regulations.

• Misconduct or disturbance to neighbors will result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

4. Alcohol Policy (as per Telangana Government Guidelines)

• Consumption or serving of alcohol is strictly regulated under Telangana Excise and Prohibition laws.

• Alcohol consumption is not allowed unless prior permission or license is obtained from the Excise Department.

• Large gatherings or events involving alcohol require proper legal permission. The organizers are fully responsible for obtaining these.

• Events within GHMC limits may require permits, with government fees starting at ₹10,000 per day.

• There may be some leniency for small, private gatherings, but even then, guests are advised to stay within legal alcohol limits and remain aware of local rules.

• Venue owners and organizers can face legal action or penalties for non-compliance.

• We fully cooperate with any inspections by local authorities.

5. Property Use & Safety

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or items.

• The swimming pool must be used with proper swimwear; children should be supervised by adults at all times.

• Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

• Outdoor games and facilities should be used responsibly.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in.

• 50% Refund: Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before check-in.

• No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or in case of no-show.

• Date changes must be requested at least 3 days in advance and are subject to availability.

7. Privacy & Liability

• Guest information is kept confidential and used only for communication and booking purposes.

• Lotuslahari is not responsible for personal injury, theft, or loss of valuables.

• Guests enter and use the property at their own risk.
